Land Agent

Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in the energy industry and expert knowledge in all aspects of in Wind Farm / Solar Lease Acquisition field; must be knowledgeable in examining public records to determine surface ownership rights; must be able to read and understand mapping and land surveys, Company drawings, etc.; must be capable at negotiating with landowners, tenants, attorneys, permit agencies and all stakeholders to obtain results which are in the best interest of Company; must be able to keep and maintain orderly documentation for surface lease and access road right-of-way acquisition records; must be proficient in all Windows based software; must be able and willing to accept instructions from a supervisor; and must have basic skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) for the purpose of document preparation, project reporting, presentations, and general information retrieval.
