Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in researching and determining surface and mineral interest title ownership; must be formally trained in the examination and interpretation of various surface and mineral documents and conveyances and their impacts on both surface and mineral interest ownership located within the public records of the Register of Deeds, Assessor’s Office and County Probates; Must possess a strong attention to detail in compiling accurate detailed title run sheets, Certificates of Title and Ownership reports for both surface and mineral estates. Must have experience working with various County Records online systems as well as Grantor / Grantee and track indies. Experience in utilizing programs such as Google Earth, Deed Plotter and various survey programs for calculating accurate property acreage. must be experienced in dealing with governmental authorities; must be able to work in an environment with minimal supervision; must have good written and oral communication skills; must possess a complete understanding of all the legal agreements associated with any given project and legal documents of any nature pertaining to the surface and mineral interest ownership. must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) for the purpose of document preparation, project reporting, presentations, and general information retrieval.
