Senior Land Agent

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the energy industry and expert knowledge in all aspects of in the Wind Farm / Solar Lease Acquisition field; must be formally trained in a variety of Wind Farm / Solar project disciplines; must be proven in the examination and interpretation of public records; must be proven in dealing with all project stakeholders, the general public and governmental authorities; must be able to work in an environment with minimal supervision; must be proficient in the acquisition of Wind Farm / Solar lease acquisition and negotiations, power line easements, surface access road easements and fee land purchases; must have good written and oral communication skills; must possess a complete understanding of all the legal agreements associated with any given project and legal documents of any nature pertaining to the surface interest ownership and right-of-way field; and must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) for the purpose of document preparation, project reporting, presentations, and general information retrieval.
